Shipping policy

Products are handmade to order in small batches. We are limited to one formulator/ manufacturer so we ask that you please have patience with us to allow 7-14 business days for processing of your order and 2-3 business days for shipping. If within the peak business seasons, expect a longer processing time of 14-21 business days.

If you are local, in Calgary, you can expect 1-2 days for shipping after processing during regular business season. Except a possible delay during peak business seasons. 

BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

We will always maintain good communication and provide updates if there are any delays in delivery.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when delivered to the mailing address provided during the ordering process.
