SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to love your Kravin' Woman Inc. products. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our policy:
Unopened Products: Full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in original, sealed condition.
Opened Products: Due to the intimate nature of our feminine care products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for health and safety reasons. However, if you experience any adverse reaction or product issue, please contact us at kwinc.help@gmail.com within 7 days - we'll work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Defective Products: Full refund or replacement. Please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Return:
- Email kwinc.help@gmail.com with your order number
- Include reason for return and photos (if damaged)
- We'll provide return instructions and shipping label (if applicable)
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
